Most of these
pages can be customized with your own text. Here's how:
1. Open
the file ... do not save it onto your hardrive.
2. Once the file has opened in Acrobat Reader, you can add your
information to certain sections of the document. Place your
mouse over sections of the document....if your hand turns into a I, then you have reached a writable section.
3. Type in your information.
4. Once you have filled out all the fields, click PRINT.
5. Keep in mind that once you close the file, your information
will NOT be saved. So make multiple prints if necessary.
