• You should receive your order in the mail within 10-14 days, depending on the company.

• If you do not receive your order, please contact Cafepress.com by going to their Help Center.

• Pay securely with credit card through Paypal!

• Once you have completed the payment process, click on RETURN TO SALES@BUSYTEACHERSCAFE.COM  (or RETURN TO MERCHANT) button to get to the download page.

• A prompt may appear that will ask you to view a secure page. Click yes to allow you to go to the download page.

• You will be taken to the download page.  Click on the links.

• When prompted, click on the SAVE AS button.

• Save your packets onto your computer.

• You will also receive an email with your links. Links are valid for only 48 hours!!
