  • When you purchase a packet from Busy Teacher's Cafe, you will be sent to a LINKS page where you can download the files ordered.
     

  • You will also get an email  with the links to the packets you ordered.  That way, if you don't get to the LINKS page, the links are automatically emailed to your email address!

 

Important Information!!! Read this before you order!!!

  1. Please make sure you have provided a valid and correct email address.
     

  2. Make sure your email address accepts the following address: sales@busyteacherscafe.com
     

  3. When you complete the Paypal checkout process, click on the orange button that says RETURN TO SALES_@_BUSYTEACHERSCAFE (or RETURN TO MERCHANT).  This will take you to the download page with your packet(s).  A box may pop up that says you will be going to an encrypted page. Press YES or CONTINUE if prompted.
     

  4. Follow directions for downloading.  Please save the files you are downloading onto your computer as the links will not be available later.  This way you have a permanent copy of the file(s).
     

  5. You will also receive an email with the links for download. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folders.
     

  6. LINKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ONLY 48 HOURS!!! Links will automatically be invalid after 48 hours.
     

  7. We will not provide refunds once your order is placed!
     

  8. Make sure you have a program that will unzip the files.  You can download WINZIP for free from www.winzip.com or go to Zipcentral.  For information on zip files and how it works, click here.
     

  9. You need Adobe Acrobate Reader 5.0 or higher.
     

  10. These files can be used on MAC computers as well!

  11. If you have problems downloading your files, please email sales@busyteacherscafe.com or use the contact form and I will get back to you within 48 hours.  If you do not receive a response, that means I did not receive your email!
